This error message is general, so to best help us solve the problem that you're seeing we need to get a bit more information from you. Please do one of the following:
Option A. Download and run a script that automatically grabs the error logs for you and inserts them into an email message in your default email client on your computer to send to GreenPrint.
- Download the file at http://printgreener.com/download/support/GreenPrintLogs.zip
- Open the zip file and double click GreenPrintLogs.vbs to run the script
- Send the email that gets automatically generated in your default email application.
OR
Option B. Manually get and send the error log files by following these steps, depending on your operating system:
Windows XP
- Go to Start > My Computer > C: > Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data > GreenPrint > Logs
- If you are not able to access this folder, it may be hidden by Windows. You can change this setting going to Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Hidden Files and Folders > Show hidden files and folders
- Find any files there ending in .elr (for example gpdrui01.elr, GPPreview.elr, gpsrdg01.elr, gpsrht01.elr)
- Copy the .elr files and Paste them on your Desktop
- Attach the .elr files to your email
- After sending the email you will hear from us within 24 hours (unless it's over the weekend, then it will be first thing Monday).
Windows Vista
- Go to Start > Computer > C: > Program Data > GreenPrint > Logs
- If you are not able to access this folder, it may be hidden by Windows. You can change this setting going to Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Hidden Files and Folders > Show hidden files and folders
- Find any files there ending in .elr (for example gpdrui01.elr, GPPreview.elr, gpsrdg01.elr, gpsrht01.elr)
