GreenPrint should work with all printers regardless of connection type (USB, Networked, etc.). If you come across a problem with a specific printer, please do the following:
- Go to the printer manufacturer’s website (e.g. Xerox, HP, Canon, etc.) and download and install the most recent driver and firmware for your printer model.
- If updating your printer driver and firmware doesn’t fix the problem, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
